I have used Alex Mackay Hearing Services for 18 years and have been very pleased with their personal service ensuring the patient gets exactly what they need to improve their hearing. This has incurred many visits to my home over the years with no hassle. The product I have now is excellent and the battery ordering is very easy and fast. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex Mackay Hearing Services.Carol Biggin Hill
Lorna was very helpful and super patient and did everything she could to find my perfect hearing aid. She also came to me in London to make it an easier process for me.Miss L Stokes Aged 23
Lorna, very happy to say that I am extremely pleased with my hearing aids and also with the excellent service from you, having the app on my phone is so useful to adjust the volume etc is an added bonus.John Kenley
Lorna really helped and advised me. I've got hidden ones so no one can see them unless I take them out to show how small they are. They've changed my life!June King Walton-on-the-Hill
The hearing aids are making a huge (positive) difference, and I seem to be getting on well with them. Thank you, again, for your advice, help and support.Andrew Walton-on-Thames
It was Lorna Mackay who introduced me to digital hearing aids two years ago. Her approach was so professional in the testing, advising & fitting of the first aid & then a year later the second aid, giving me time to trial the aids, to be sure that it was right for me. I am also very pleased to have the pocket remote control which enables me to adjust the volume to different situations. I highly recommend the company & particularly Lorna Mackay.Ann King Reigate
Lorna was really helpful, she spent a lot of time explaining everything and making sure I was completely happy with the hearing aid I ended up with, which is brilliant. I'd recommend her to anyone!Miss Robinson Purley
