The personal touch
We appreciate that it can be difficult to come to terms with hearing loss and make the decision to wear a hearing aid for the first time. It calls for a personalised plan of care from a professional and friendly adviser.
We work closely with you to answer all your questions and help you overcome any concerns, for as long as you need us.
Dealing with hearing loss
Hearing loss affects everybody differently; our experience means that you will be treated as an individual, with very specific needs.
Your journey back to better hearing will be tailor-made for you, your lifestyle, and your budget.
Your hearing is crucial to your health, your emotional well-being, and your social life. You deserve to have it looked after by a professional who cares.
As Registered Hearing Aid Dispensers (RHAD), we are regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which ensures that we meet the stringent national standards.
We attend regular training sessions all over the UK to ensure that we're completely up to date with the very latest products and procedures.
We remain completely independent from any single manufacturer. This means our customers can always be certain that the advice and products we provide are truly what's best for them, rather than what we are contractually obliged to sell.
We offer a wide range of accessories that make connecting your hearing aids with your everyday technology an absolute breeze.
Finally, we pride ourselves on our professional and friendly service that includes free, comprehensive hearing tests, expert fitting and excellent aftercare.

Lorna Mackay-Elliott RHADHearing Healthcare Professional
In 1998 whilst working as a Paediatric Nurse I decided to join my father’s business; and so studied and qualified as a Hearing Therapist and, after further study, as a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist. I am a positive person and thoroughly enjoy being independent. I pride myself on my kind and caring attitude, striving to resolve the impact on people living with hearing and communication issues. Hearing requirements and expectations vary from person to person. I provide tailored solutions to suit individual needs and lifestyles offering an honest, reliable, high quality service with advice to ensure hearing is at its best. I believe with better hearing comes a better quality of life and health in general.

Semi-retired now; however, still called upon because of his many years of audiological experience as his wide knowledge is an invaluable resource. Often successfully providing telephone advice in a calm manner to resolve a hearing instrument fault, easily remedied, which has caused the wearer to panic. His advice on obtaining the most comfortable fit both physical and acoustical has helped overcome some of the objections encountered when prescribing instruments for the first time. This is the most important stage when dispensing as it has normally taken many years for the patient to accept and seek help for something that is causing frustration and irritation at home, work and social gatherings.
